Riversdell

Yesterday was a fabulously sunny and warm day, much welcome after an unrelentingly cold and icy winter. Glory celebrated by delivering her two kids early in the morning, one male and one female. She is an attentive mother and always keeps them close. This year we did not kid in the barn, but rather in the shed out back where we’ve had the goats all winter. This small paddock includes our artesian well which has, thanks to the very wet weather we’ve had the last 18 months, been overflowing all winter long.
