Ever since we moved here eight years ago the only internet service available has been dial-up. Yes, two adults and two teenagers have been sharing a 28K connection. We have been unable to to get our $^#% phone company to get us DSL, despite their having upgraded all the phone lines in the area and our being less than 1/2 mile from the switch, so we finally took the plunge two weeks ago and got WildBlue Satellite Internet.
